In our infancy we currently don’t offer unwanted returns or exchanges, with the exception of goods confirmed to be faulty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the faulty return arrives back to us. HDDN will not take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit. Shipping costs for faulty items will be refunded.
Postage:
For UK customers we ship using the Royal Mail. Please allow 3-4 working days after order is placed. You will be notified if there is any delay. We don't currently ship worldwide.
Collection:
If you know us and want to collect your item, please use this discount code: 'COLL3CT' at checkout and your shipping will be removed. It is your responsibility to organise collection.
